Returns Policy

If due to applicable law or due to this REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS you are eligible for refund and you wish to claim such refund, this REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be applied.

You may return your order if it is provided by applicable law, and strictly subject to such law and this REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

You may cancel any of your order and return the items ordered, if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have notified us about your intention to cancel an order and return items ordered via email within 14 calendar days of receipt the items you are going to return unless other term has specified in applicable law;
  • all items you are going to return and cancel are unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, with no damages;
  • you have sent all items you are going to return to our correct address as set out below depending on the conditions of your original order;
  • all returns have been accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number;
  • you have paid for delivery of all return and you must ensure that they will be delivered to us in protective packaging and in undamaged and original conditions.

To cancel an order just email us to: info@LinkedUpLearning.com (protect email address) and provide an information about details of an original order you are going to cancel, items you are going to return. Depend on user location/situation we will provide instructions to return the order.

DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN BEFORE RECEIPT of RESPECTIVE INSTRUCTIONS FROM US

Payment can be refunded back ONLY in accordance with your original payment details you used to pay for the order.

We do not accept any items if you have not paid for their delivery to us.

Items should be returned to our warehouse with a carrier of your choice to:

ShipBob – or – our address

We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.

Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions. We will then offer a refund or replacement for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse your claim for refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@LinkedUpLearning.com (protect email address).

Shipping costs you paid in connection with your original order are non-refundable. If you have been authorized for refund and the cost of return shipping for any reason has been paid by us, we will deduct and withhold them from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS is an additional terms and conditions to TERMS OF USE and PRODUCT PURCHASE AGREEMENT and shall be additionally applied to terms and conditions set out therein.
